About Me

Individual & Group Counselor

Driven by a personal mission to redefine the therapeutic experience, I am committed to providing the active, attentive care that every client deserves. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative partnership rather than a one-sided conversation. My practice is deeply client-centered and adaptive; I recognize that your journey is unique and requires a tailored approach. Whether you are seeking a safe, validated space to process complex emotions or looking for practical, evidence-based tools like DBT and CBT to navigate daily challenges, we will work together to find the path that best supports your growth and healing.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and Master's Degree in Counseling from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.

Professional Experience:

Group private practice in Castle Rock 2018 - 2022.

Independent private practice 2022 - present.

Mobile Crisis Responder providing in-person support for the Suicide Hotline 2024 - present.

Current clients include teens, young adults, and women of all ages.

Group experience includes middle school, high school, and college students.

My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, parent coaching, character building, and spiritual direction.

In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors in beautiful Colorado (I am a native after-all) skiing, hiking, playing volleyball, spending time with my family (husband & 3 kids) and friends.
